1. Appointments and Cancellations

All practitioners at Posh Skin Clinic are trained and approved according to the company’s treatment protocols. However, we do not guarantee continued treatment with a specific nurse or therapist.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible by calling 020 8681 2121. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe will result in a £50 no-show fee.

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the complete loss of the treatment from your treatment plan. Full treatment fees may be charged for cancellations within 24 hours, and full advance payment may be required for future bookings.

2. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods: cash or bank transfers/BACS.
All treatment courses must be paid in full in advance and used within 12 months from the date of purchase.

3. Price Adjustments

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. If you have paid a deposit, the price will be honoured for 1 month from the date of payment.

4. Government Restrictions

In the event of national lockdowns or industry restrictions, pre-paid courses, treatments, or gift vouchers are non-refundable. Course validity and gift voucher dates will be extended to reflect any restriction period.

5. Gift Vouchers & Gift Cards

Gift vouchers and gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the purchase date. They cannot be redeemed for cash. Late cancellations or missed appointments will void the voucher.
Gift cards are available for purchase and make an excellent gift for loved ones.

6. Late Arrivals

To respect all clients, late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time, which will still be charged at the full price. Please ensure prompt arrival.

7. Strict No-Children Policy

For health, safety, and insurance compliance, children are not permitted during appointments. We appreciate your understanding.

8. Treatment Results

While we aim for excellent results, individual outcomes may vary due to unique skin types and lifestyles. Refunds cannot be provided for unsatisfactory results.

9. Zero Tolerance Policy

Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards staff or representatives of Posh Skin Clinic will result in immediate termination of services, voiding of courses, and a permanent ban. Such individuals may also be reported to authorities.

10. Appointments & Deposits

• A 50% deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
• Minimum deposit of £50 is required for full treatments.

11. Health & Contact Details

Please inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or contact details before your appointment. All personal details are securely stored.

12. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for pre-paid courses or completed services. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

13. Valuables

Please bring minimal personal belongings to your appointment. Posh Skin Clinic is not responsible for lost items.

14. Booking Policy

By booking an appointment, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. Cancellations must be made by phone at 020 8681 2121 during clinic hours.

15. Operating Hours

Our clinic operates year-round, except for certain holidays. Book appointments in advance to secure your preferred date.

16. CCTV Monitoring

For the safety and security of our clients and staff, Posh Skin Clinic operates 24-hour CCTV recording within the premises. CCTV footage may be used for security, crime prevention, and staff training purposes. Footage will be stored securely and will only be shared with law enforcement authorities when legally required.

17. Liability Disclaimer

Posh Skin Clinic is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of our services. Clients must disclose all relevant medical history before treatment, and failure to do so may result in complications for which Posh Skin Clinic will not be held responsible.
